Q: How to purchase

A: The Plant Hut started as an Instagram page, but we are so excited to announce that we have moved all of our plant sales to our website. Simply visit our website, add your dream plants to cart, and place order!

Q: What option do I have when receiving my order?

A: At check out, you can choose to have your order delivered, or you can come to pick it up -- yes, we provide curb side pick ups! The nearest intersection of pick up spot is Lakeshore and Park Lawn.

Q: What’s the delivery cost?

A: We offer a flat rate of $15 for all deliveries. All the plants will be handled and delivered by the plant experts with care to ensure your new plant babies arrive at your space undamaged.

Q: Where do you deliver to?

A: Currently we offer delivery all across GTA, that’s anywhere in Toronto, Durham, Halton, Peel and York.

Q: How long will I have to pick up my order? What's your pick up policy?

An email notification will be sent out letting you know that your order is ready. We will hold your order for 4 days upon the notification, so please come by soon! After 4 days, we will have to issue a refund for your order with 20% restocking fee deducted. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation. 

With that being said, we understand that there could be circumstances where you cannot make it within 4 days . Don't panic, please contact us directly when that happens, we will try our best to work something out

Q: What if the plant I want is sold out?

A: It sucks to see your dream plants sold out, but don’t you worry, we restock at least once a week, choose “notify me when the plant is back in stock” and we will send you a message once the plant is back in.

Q: What’s your refund policy?

A: We are dedicated and committed to bring be best quality houseplants to your space, we promise to have your money back if the plant you purchased dies within ONE WEEK (7 days) of the date you receive it.

Q: What if my plants do not seem to be doing well?

A: All plants you purchased from The Plant Hut come with care and support from us. At any point, if your plant is not doing well, or you just have some general questions about how to better care for a particular plant you purchased from us, feel free to contact us with a picture of your plant through Facebook or Instagram, we are here to help!
